    • Individual therapy is $150 for a 50-minute session

    • Relationship therapy is $250 for a 60-minute session

    • Family therapy is $250 for a 60-minute session

    I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots for clients based on need, as well.

  • I don’t take insurance but can work with you to utilize your out-of-network benefits. I can help you figure this part out but you can start by calling your insurance and asking about your out-of-network therapy benefits.

  • I see clients Monday to Thursday from 10am-7pm, online.

  • First, complete the form to book a call with me. I will email you to schedule a free 15-minute phone or Zoom call. On the call, we’ll briefly get to know each other and find out if we’re a good match for the support you’re seeking.

    If we decide to move forward, I’ll have you complete intake forms through my easy-to-use online system. Once those forms are completed, we’ll schedule our first session and meet.

  • We’ll meet weekly to gain momentum towards your goals. Sometimes, as a client moves towards termination, we may meet biweekly for a temporary period.

    The length of therapy can last from a few months to ongoing care over years, depending on what the client needs. We can discuss what might make sense for you on our call.

  • Therapy for people under age 18, psychiatric assessments, specialized treatment for addiction, legal consultation, and letters outside of my current training such as Emotional Support Animals and housing or school accommodations.
