Counseling for Grief and Relationships

Grief changes our relationships.

There’s a myth in the mental health field that there’s complicated grief and uncomplicated grief. The truth is every loss is totally unique. It’s always complicated, even if it doesn’t seem like that from the outside. I specialize in supporting people who are wrapping their heads around the way their grief impacts their relationships.

You don’t need another cliché, you need real support.

I’m not here to promise you’ll ever feel “back to normal” or “healed.” I don’t believe we ever “return” back to a “normal” at any point in our lives. There’s only what is right now. My expertise in relationships means we’ll unpack how your relationships have changed from this point on and what you may want or need from them going forward.

Let’s chat.
